DPO Policy Council
The formation
of the DPO Policy Council is being sponsored by DPO Services, Inc.
and other interested organizations and individuals.
The aim of
the Council is to serve as an educational, advocacy, and accountability
monitoring organization affecting the performance of businesses,
public officials and service organizations. Individuals with relevant
responsibilities are urged to join and assist with the organization
of the Council.

officials responsible for securities policy and regulation
- Public
officials responsible for economic and business development
- Executives
of companies that have undertaken DPO's, or are considering
doing so
- Providers
of services relating to DPO's
- Representatives
of independent investor organizations
- Representatives
of non-profit organizations with an interest in business financing
and economic development
Direct Public
Offerings have tremendous potential for smaller growing companies
and independent investors. Unfortunately, incomplete policies, delays,
misinformation and ignorance have hampered DPO's to the great detriment
of businesses and investors.
