Our Mission
We assist
businesses to:
- Get ready
to undertake a direct public offering (DPO)
- Deal with
the bureacracy of doing a direct public offering
- Use the
power of IT and Internet communications to market a direct public
offering cost-effectively
- Maintain
relationships with prospective and current investors
- Provide
after-market services
- Get ready
for secondary offerings and a potential initial public offering
(IPO)

What is a Direct
Public Offering
A direct
public offering or DPO is a unique, innovative form of financing.
Under a special
exemption, any business can publicly market and advertise the sale
of its stock to the public without the use of intermediaries, such
as investment bankers and stockbrokers.
There are
two major differences between the DPO and an IPO.
- How it
is marketed and advertised, and
- How it
is resold--in that DPO stock is not listed on a stock exchange.
DPO's can
be effective as a financing method to expand and grow a company,
or even start one.
